How to Use ClickFunnels to Generate Leads?
A Step-by-Step Guide to Building High-Converting Lead Funnels
ClickFunnels is an all-in-one platform to build sales funnels. Funnels are the best way to generate leads and make money. ClickFunnels is designed to help businesses and entrepreneurs of any level create effective sales funnels with ease. In my opinion, it may not be the easiest platform, however, it can be the only platform that you need to make money.
There are 14 types of Funnels that ClickFunnels offers for free, each with 6-7 built-for-you templates.
For this goal, we only need a “Lead Funnels” which consists of:
STEP #1: “Squeeze Page”,
STEP #2: “Thank You Page”
Which basically means we provide something valuable to the user in exchange for their email address. However, people are not going to give their emails to any free stuff they see. You need to build an irresistible offer that they can’t refuse, even for Free.
Build a Lead Magnet
According to Alex Hormozi, there are 7 Steps To Creating an Effective Lead Magnet:
Step 1: Figure out the problem you want to solve and who to solve it for
Step 2: Figure out how to solve it
Step 3: Figure out how to deliver it
Step 4: Test what to name it
Step 5: Make it easy to consume
Step 6: Make it darn good
Step 7: Make it easy for them to tell you they want more
Step 1: Figure out the problem you want to solve and who to solve it for
Every problem has a solution. We need to list all the problems your target audience may have. If you don’t know who you want to target then you can target yourself 5 years ago, and think of it like how you would help yourself to solve your past problems.
Step 2: Figure out how to solve it
Your audience may not know about their problems or don’t consider any solutions for them. In that situation, you need to help them to find out about it.
Imagine a doctor giving diagnoses. They listen to your symptoms, run tests, and use their expertise to figure out what's wrong. And, when you receive the diagnosis, you can’t refuse further treatments.
According to Alex Hormozi, there are 3 types of lead magnets:

All of them show the Lead their problem, and if they use this Lead Magnet then there is definitely demand for your solution. If not, test and build new Lead Magnets until it does. In fact, Lead Magnets are the best way to find what your Leads want. It may also help when considering what to sell (for money!)
Step 3: Figure out how to deliver it

Information
Services
Physical Products
Software - the cheapest form of Lead Magnets (takes almost no time to build). If you own a software business, you can provide speed tests, website diagnosis, free trials, etc.
Information - teach them something 1-on-1 or giveaway courses, interviews, presentations, PDFs, and ebooks.
Services - you do a service for free that most people would usually pay for. Think website creation, writing blogs, download Windows (haha)
Physical Products - giveaway things that Lead can hold in their hands: books, t-shirts, etc.
Step 4: Test what to name it
It may be the most important part, as “David Ogilvy said, “When you have written your headline, you have spent 80 cents of your (advertising) dollar.”
THE First thing your leads will see on your landing page or ad is the headline. So make sure your headline:
Grabs Attention
Clear
Compelling
Matches Expectations
Evokes Emotion
Offers Value
interesting, easy to understand, and appealing.
Also, write the headline so simple that even a 5th grader will easily understand it. It may look like an easy job, however, what you think is easy to read is not enough.
Step 5: Make it easy to consume
Don’t give a reason for people to struggle when consuming the lead magnet. People don’t like to wait or try to understand the super confusing way to access the lead magnet.
Software - make it accessible on different formats (laptop, phone)
Information - audio, video, text.
Services - make it easy to access you at any time of the week, or day. Many ways to reach you: phone calls, zoom, in person, etc.
Physical Products - easy to order/pay and fast shipping. Give the exact map on how to use the product.
Step 6: Make it darn good
People will judge your products whether they are free or not. Always try to match the expectations of buyers. They want to get what they ordered. Plus, the success of your next offer will also be correlated to this one, because Leads already made assumptions about your next move/product.
Step 7: Make it easy for them to tell you they want more
People who have previously interacted with your product may be ready to buy from you, in that case, you need to be ready to close their needs.
Software - add upgrade buttons.
Information - upsells on similar topics.
Services - make it easy for them to get the next consultation or additional service.
Physical Products - suggest related products or bundles.
Build a Lead Funnel

As I said earlier we will use the “Lead Funnels” funnel. Click “select” and choose the desired template design. The designing process of the funnel is easy but can be time consuming at first.
1. Select a Template (spend 1% of your time on it):
- Browse through the templates and pick one that fits your needs.
- Click on the template to select it.
2. Customize the Design (spend 10% of your time on it):
- Use the drag-and-drop editor to tweak the layout, colors, and images.
- Make sure the design matches your brand.
3. Craft Compelling Copy (spend 80% of your time on headline):
- Write clear and engaging headlines and content for each page of your funnel.
- Ensure your messaging is consistent and persuasive.
